Background
Central Park Housing Scheme is a large residential development on Ferozepur Road. Urban Developers market to buyers in Lahore and overseas who often decide from a layout plan long before they visit the site.
A brochure shows plot numbers. It rarely shows the scale of the entrance, the sightlines down the main boulevard, or what you actually face when you arrive at the gate.
The challenge
Sales teams were spending time on visits that did not convert. Buyers wanted proof that the scheme was real — not just rendered master plans — especially for premium plots and investor packages.
Marketing also needed a single asset that worked on a phone, in a sales gallery, and in follow-up messages after an open day.
What we delivered
Panora captured the scheme on site in 360°, including aerial panoramas at key points and ground-level scenes at the gate, roads and community areas. Scenes were stitched into a navigable tour with hotspots and a branded menu aligned with Urban Developers’ identity.
Progress captures from earlier milestones were preserved so the team can show how the entrance and infrastructure evolved — the same story now appears as a journey demo on the Panora site.
How it is used
The live tour is the link sales sends when a buyer asks for “one more look” before booking a visit. It qualifies interest: people who have walked the gate online arrive with clearer expectations.
