User Data Deletion

This page explains how to have data held by Panora Virtual Tours (Private) Limited deleted — including data handled by Panora Business Messaging, our WhatsApp Business Platform service.

How to request deletion

What happens next

1. We acknowledge your request within 3 working days.
2. We confirm that you are authorised to make it.
3. We delete the data and confirm in writing, within 30 days of verifying the request.

What gets deleted

• Your WhatsApp Business Account ID, business phone number ID and any stored access tokens
• Message content, recipient numbers and delivery records held by us
• Attachments sent through the service, such as invoice or receipt PDFs
• Your account and contact details
• Enquiry records and correspondence
• Technical logs tied to your account, other than those we must keep for security or legal reasons

What we may keep

We may retain a minimal record where the law requires it — for example invoices and tax records — and security logs needed to investigate abuse. Anything retained is kept only for as long as that obligation lasts and is not used for any other purpose.

Data held by Meta

Deleting data with us does not delete data held by Meta. Your WhatsApp Business Account belongs to you and sits in your own Meta Business portfolio. To remove data held there, use your Meta Business Settings or contact Meta directly.

Disconnecting without waiting for us

You can revoke our access yourself, at any time. In Meta Business Settings, open the connected apps or business partners section, find Panora Business Messaging, and remove its access. That stops our access immediately. Send the deletion request afterwards to have stored data removed as well.

If you received a message from one of our clients

If a business sent you a WhatsApp message using our service and you want your data removed, contact that business directly — they decide what customer data they hold and why. If you cannot reach them, write to us and we will pass the request on.

Virtual tour imagery

If you appear in 360° imagery we have captured and want to be removed or blurred, email us with the tour or location and we will action it, normally within 7 working days.
