Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and Panora Virtual Tours (Private) Limited, a company registered in Pakistan with its registered office in Lahore. By using this website or any of our services, you accept them.

2. What we provide

We produce 360° virtual tours, panoramic and drone imagery, and AR/VR content. We also operate Panora Business Messaging, a service that lets a business connect its own WhatsApp Business Account and send transactional notifications — order confirmations, invoices, delivery updates and similar — to its own customers.

Individual projects and subscriptions may have their own written agreement or quotation. Where that document conflicts with these terms, that document governs.

3. Using this website

You may browse and share this site. You may not copy our imagery, tours or written material for commercial use without written permission, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape it at a scale that affects other visitors.

4. Virtual tour production

• Scope, delivery dates and fees are set out in the quotation for each project.
• You must have the right to allow us access to, and to photograph, the premises concerned.
• Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we retain copyright in the imagery we capture and grant you a licence to use it for the purposes described in the quotation.
• We will only publish work in our portfolio with your agreement.

5. Panora Business Messaging

5.1 Your account

The WhatsApp Business Account, the phone number registered to it, and the relationship with Meta all belong to you. We access your account only through the permission you grant during sign-up, and only to provide this service. You can revoke that access at any time in your own Meta Business Settings.

5.2 Meta’s rules apply to you directly

Your use of the service is also governed by Meta’s terms, including the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Commerce Policy. You are responsible for complying with them.

5.3 What you must not send

You agree not to use the service to send:

• Unsolicited bulk or marketing messages, or messages to purchased or scraped lists
• Messages to people who have not given you a lawful basis to contact them
• Messages to anyone who has asked you to stop
• Content that is unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited by Meta’s policies

5.4 Billing for messages

Meta charges you directly for the messages you send, under its own rate card, using the payment method you register with Meta. We do not resell messages and we do not control those rates. Our own fees are separate, and are set out in your subscription or quotation.

5.5 Your customers’ data

You decide what is sent and to whom, and you are responsible for the lawfulness of that content. We process your customers’ data on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Message delivery depends on the WhatsApp Business Platform, which is operated by Meta and outside our control. We may carry out maintenance, and will give notice of planned downtime where we reasonably can.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your account and telling us. We may suspend or end the service where you breach these terms, where fees remain unpaid, or where Meta requires it. On termination we delete your data as described in our User Data Deletion page.

8. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or business, or for losses arising from Meta’s acts or omissions, including any suspension or restriction Meta applies to your account. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where liability is not excluded, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and tell active clients about anything significant before it takes effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
